About ComPASS Now
ComPAS Now™ is an AI-powered online competency assessment developed by Japan Information Network (JIN), which supports NASA, world nuclear reactors, and major companies. Created through five years of research by experts in psychology, neuroscience, IT, and NLP, it helps individuals aged 10+ identify their strengths and career paths. The assessment consists of 60-70 real-life scenario-based questions, completed in 20-30 minutes, with each question adapting to the previous response. It generates nine detailed reports, offering insights into competencies, strengths, and career options, making it a valuable tool for personal and professional growth.
